To calculate your total window cleaning cost, start by measuring each window, screen, blind, and any areas needing pressure washing. For windows, measure the length and width in feet, then multiply to find the square footage. Repeat this for screens, blinds, and pressure washing areas. For window tracks, measure only the length in feet/inches.

Multiply the total square footage by the respective rates:

• Windows: $0.60 per square foot

• Window Screens: $0.70 per square foot

• Blinds: $1.35 per square foot

• Pressure Washing: $0.45 per square foot

• Window Tracks: $1.15 per foot

A $105 minimum service fee is required as a retainer, which will be discounted from the final total at the end of service.
